Indian women all have their own recipe for curry powder and they mix it up themselves. I found a representative recipe, tweaked it to suit our taste, and have never run out of curry powder since. So many of these expensive sauces and spice mixtures can be made from scratch and taste much better! :0)Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
